This policy explains what Roam Haul (Roam Haul) collects, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- You give us: name, email, delivery address, phone number and order details at checkout.
- Collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and referring site, via cookies and similar technologies.
- We never see your card number. Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal, who handle card data directly.
Why we use it
To process and deliver your order, to answer your questions, to prevent fraud, and — only if you opt in — to send you email about products. You can unsubscribe from any email in one click.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
International transfer
We operate from Malaysia and our fulfilment partners are in China, so your delivery details are transferred outside Australia in order to ship your order.
Your rights
Email jonathanwong3233@gmail.com to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. We respond within 30 days. We keep order records for 7 years where tax law requires it.
