We currently ship to all addresses in Australia. Free standard shipping on every order — the price you see is the price you pay.

Please read that delivery window before you order. Your order is sent direct to your door by tracked post. That keeps the price of an 800-fill-power bag well under what the same specification costs in a retail store, but it is not next-day delivery. If you need something this week, buy locally — we would rather you did than be disappointed.
Tracking
You get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is scanned by the carrier, usually 1-3 business days after you order. Tracking updates can pause for several days while a parcel is in transit or clearing customs — this is normal and does not mean it is lost.
Duties and taxes
Orders under AUD 1,000 are not subject to additional duties or GST on arrival in Australia. There is nothing further to pay when your parcel is delivered.
If something goes wrong
If your tracking has not moved for 10 business days, or your order has not arrived within 30 business days, email us at jonathanwong3233@gmail.com and we will either resend it or refund you in full. We reply within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
