Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we email you a confirmation. If an item turns out to be unavailable or is listed at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel and refund you in full before dispatch.
Prices
All prices are in Australian dollars and include free standard shipping to Australia. Orders under AUD 1,000 attract no further duty or GST on arrival.
Delivery
Estimated delivery is 10-20 business days after 1-3 business days processing. These are estimates, not guarantees; carrier and customs delays happen. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Product information
We publish measured specifications and take care to be accurate. Colours vary between screens. Down fill weight may vary by up to 5% between individual units, which is normal for the product.

Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
