30-day returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return an item for a refund, provided it is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging with all tags attached. A sleeping bag that has been slept in cannot be resold, so please try it at home before taking it out.

How to start a return
- Email jonathanwong3233@gmail.com with your order number and a photo if the item is faulty.
- We reply within 24 hours with a return address and instructions. Do not send anything back before you have that address — parcels returned to the wrong place cannot be refunded.
- Once the item reaches us and passes inspection, we refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a further 3-5 days to show it.
Faulty goods
Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major fault you are entitled to a replacement or refund, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss.
