Think twice if
Cotton adds a little warmth but not much, and it's heavier than silk. For a mummy bag, take the 75 cm width.

    A liner takes the sweat and skin oils that would otherwise work into the down. Washing a liner is easy; washing down isn't.

When will it arrive?
We dispatch in 1–3 business days, then it's 10–20 business days on the way to Australia. There's no warehouse or shopfront in between, which is why it takes longer and costs less. Will my order arrive in one parcel?
Gear from the same maker usually travels together. If your order has gear from more than one maker, it can arrive in two or three parcels, sometimes a few days apart. You'll get an email with a tracking number for every parcel, so you always know what's on the way.
Will I pay duty or GST on delivery?
No. Orders under A$1,000 clear into Australia without additional duty or GST, so there's nothing to pay when your parcel arrives.
What if it isn't right?
You have 30 days from delivery to return it unused and in its packaging. If it's faulty or doesn't match what we published, we pay the return postage and refund in full. See Returns.
