Boundless Voyage's Ti2110C pairs a 1,200 ml pot with a 500 ml pan that closes over it as a lid. Both are TA1 titanium with a 0.4 mm wall and no coating, about 267 g together (maker's figure).

The pot is 155 mm across and 95 mm tall, with room inside for a 230 g size gas canister and a mini stove. The handles fold flat and come off for cleaning, and the set packs to 165 × 165 × 120 mm in its mesh bag.

A two-person kitchen that carries its own stove.

Best for
Pairs on overnight and multi-day walks, and solo walkers who cook more than noodles.
Think twice if
It's the heaviest of our pot and pan sets. Bare titanium isn't non-stick and heats unevenly, so frying takes care. If you mostly boil water for one, the 1100 ml hanging pot is lighter and cheaper.
  • Room for two

1.2 litres boils water for two dehydrated meals, or cooks pasta for a pair.

  • The pan is the lid

The 500 ml pan closes over the pot, then works as a plate, bowl or small frying pan.

  • Stove and gas inside

Boundless Voyage says a 230 g size canister, a mini stove and folding cutlery pack inside the pot.

What size pot or mug?

Most hikers only boil water: for dehydrated meals, noodles and hot drinks. Size for how many people you cook for. This one holds 1200 ml.

UseSizeGood for
Mug300 to 450 mlTea, coffee, soup, and a cup of porridge
Solo pot650 to 900 mlOne person: boil for a dehydrated meal and a drink
Pot for two1,000 to 1,300 mlTwo people, or proper cooking for one
  • Why titanium

It's the lightest metal cookware, it won't rust, and it doesn't taint food. It heats unevenly, so it suits boiling better than frying.

  • Never heat a double-wall mug

Double-wall mugs keep drinks hot, but the sealed air gap means they must never go on a stove or fire.

  • Stoves are bought locally

Gas stoves sold in Australia must be certified for use here, so we don't sell them. Pick one up at an Australian outdoor store.

  • Look after it

Warm water and a soft sponge. Titanium needs no seasoning, and a little discolouration from heat is normal.

Pairs well with

Titanium nests together, so a pot, a mug and a spork weigh less than most single steel pots.

Questions

Can I fry in the pan?
You can, but it isn't non-stick: it's bare titanium. Use a little oil and a low flame. Titanium spreads heat unevenly, so it's better at boiling and simmering than frying.
Will my stove fit inside with the canister?
Boundless Voyage says a canister of about 110 × 95 mm (the usual 230 g size) and a mini stove fit inside. Check your stove's folded size before you count on it.
Can it go on a stove or fire?
Single-wall titanium pots and mugs can go on a stove or coals. Double-wall mugs and cups must never be heated: the sealed air gap can expand. Handles get hot, so use a cloth or glove.
Do you sell stoves or gas?
No. Gas appliances sold in Australia must be certified for use here, and gas can't travel by air, so pick up a stove and canisters from an Australian outdoor store.
Is titanium safe to cook in?
Yes. Titanium doesn't react with food or leave a metallic taste, which is part of why it's used for cookware.
When will it arrive?
We dispatch in 1–3 business days, then it's 10–20 business days on the way to Australia. There's no warehouse or shopfront in between, which is why it takes longer and costs less. If you have a trip booked, order at least four weeks before you leave. You'll get a tracking number by email when the parcel is scanned. Full details on the Shipping page.
Will my order arrive in one parcel?
Gear from the same maker usually travels together. If your order has gear from more than one maker, it can arrive in two or three parcels, sometimes a few days apart. You'll get an email with a tracking number for every parcel, so you always know what's on the way.
Will I pay duty or GST on delivery?
No. Orders under A$1,000 clear into Australia without additional duty or GST, so there's nothing to pay when your parcel arrives.
What if it isn't right?
You have 30 days from delivery to return it unused and in its packaging. If it's faulty or doesn't match what we published, we pay the return postage and refund in full. See Returns.
